WOOD-FREE CONSTRUCTION:
CudaCraft boats feature a 100% Wood-Free, 3-piece construction (hull + liner + cap) and robust lamination schedule using heavy biaxial glass, chopped mat and high-density core materials, for maximum strength and durability. All fiberglass components are hand-laid, vacuum-bagged, and bonded with premium marine adhesives for added strength and longevity.
STRINGERS & TRANSOM:
Stringers are made from solid 2” high-density core material, bonded to the hull with multiple layers of biaxial glass The fully enclosed transom is made from 3” of reinforced Coosa-core sandwiched between multiple layers of fiberglass. The transom can accommodate either an aluminum or fiberglass engine bracket with a 24” setback (standard) or a fully adjustable, Porta Hydraulic bracket with a 17” setback (upgrade).
SUBFLOOR, LINER & GUNWALE:
Below deck, the stringer compartments are filled with 2lb flotation foam, shaved flush to the stringer caps and capped with 3oz mat to create a fully sealed subfloor to prevent water intrusion. The liner and gunwale caps are built similarly to the hull, using reinforced biaxial glass, high-density core material and strategically placed Coosa-core. The liner is bonded to the subfloor with flexible polymer adhesive, creating a tough yet flexible bond. The air gap between the liner and the hull is filled with 2lb flotation foam, ensuring a secure and bonded fit.
DECK & STORAGE:
The bow section includes a spacious forward casting deck, anchor locker and two oversized, fully insulated storage hatches. Hatches feature recessed stainless hinges and latches, deep gutters, gas shocks and SeaDeck gasket bearing the Cudacraft logo.
HARDWARE:
Top-quality Stainless hardware from leading brands like Gemlux, MateSeries and Marine Town ensure stylish functionality and reliability.
CONSOLE:
The generously sized console accommodates advanced electronics with a large front-facing access door and integrated storage, cupholders, rod holders and more. Standard equipment includes a stainless steel Gemlux steering wheel with hydraulic steering package.
POWER:
Standard power is provided by a 150HP Mercury ProXS Outboard with digital gauge and mechanical controls. Other engine and rigging options available.
